Sunbutter Cocoa Coconut Truffled
Try these Sunbutter Cocoa Truffles that are a sweet treat for everyone! Allergen Friendly, Gluten-Free, Vegan


1/2 cup Raisins, roughly chopped (Find in Richard's bulk section)
1/4 cup ground Flaxseed (Find in Richard's bulk section)
1/4 cup cocoa powder (Find in Richard's baking section)
1/3 cup maple syrup (Find in Richard's sweetener section)
1/3 cup SunButter® (Find in Richard's nut butter section)
1/2 cup baking chocolate (Find in Richard's bulk section)
Dash of sea salt (Find in Richard's condiments and oils section, or our bulk section)
1 cup shredded coconut or hempseed (Find in Richard's bulk section)

To Prepare

Combine all of the ingrediens except shredded coconut in a blender until smooth.

Form into one inch balls and rolls in shredded coconut.

Serve, refrigerate, or freeze to store!
