The two flavors, miso and mustard, make an unlikely but incredibly delicious pair. Use as a marinade to season on tofu and noodles, or drizzle over a kale salad with wakame and citrus! This “salad dressing” is easy, delicious and sure to make meals more exciting.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

3 tablespoons white miso

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

1/4 tsp minced garlic

1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

Whisk lemon juice, miso, mustard, maple syrup, garlic, and 1 Tbsp. water in a small bowl to combine. Gradually add oil, whisking constantly until emulsified.

 

USE AS A MARINADE:
Marinade tofu, chicken or salmon for at least 30 minutes. Fire up the grill! And serve as spring rolls or lettuce wraps!
