Store Policies


A valid receipt is required for all returns. Unopened items or defective items may be returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase and will receive a full refund unless the product is expired. Opened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt for store credit only. No returns are accepted without a receipt or beyond 30 days from purchase.

Don’t see the product that you’re looking for? We’ll be happy to do our best to meet your needs. If we can get it for you from any of our vast array of vendors, we will be happy to help you. Please call our store for more details (Some order/return restrictions or minimum quantities may apply). Please be aware that special and non-stock orders are not eligible for refunds outside of manufacturer defect.
