Bountiful Beetroot Hummus feat. Beet Powder

Vegan | Gluten-Free

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Sunfood Superfoods Beet Powder at Richard’s
1 can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed) at Richard’s
Zest & juice of 1 large lemon
1/4 tsp garlic powder at Richard’s
2 Tbsp Tahini at Richard’s
1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil at Richard’s
Salt and Pepper to taste at Richard’s
Herbs (parsley or dill recommended) at Richard’s

 

Instructions
Add all beet hummus ingredients, except olive oil, to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Once the beet hummus has a smooth consistency turn food processor on and slowly add olive oil. Blend until all of the oil is incorporated.
Scoop beet hummus into a bowl, top with fresh chopped herbs, and enjoy with veggie sticks, Sami’s Bakery chips, or as a great addition to a party platter
Serve this bountiful beet hummus to your amazing party guests!
